Affina now offers team coaching supervision

9 May 2024

Aimed at both NHS professionals and independent practitioners, this new service is designed to offer expert supervision for those working with complexity in teams and organisational systems.

Delivered by professionally accredited supervisors, the service offers 121 supervision via a series of regular or ad hoc one hour sessions.

Supervision provides a confidential reflective space for growth, where coaches can explore their practice, notice their talents and edges, and explore ethical issues.

Typical areas for exploration include:

  • team coaching issues which are pre-occupying your thoughts
  • challenging aspects of your work with teams and the complexities of multiple relationships and stakeholders
  • specific themes in the organisational system
  • ethical dilemmas
  • pieces of work that warrant in-depth reflection to support and grow your practice and your impact as a team coach or facilitator

“We recognise the challenge and complexity of working with teams in complex organisational systems with multiple stakeholders,” says Affina’s Sarah-Jane Dale. “We have been asked for support in this area and are delighted to announce our new supervision offer.”

Affina would love to support you to do your best work with teams and complex systems.
