Sarah-Jane Dale

Sarah-Jane is a leader in workforce and organisational development. Applying the research of AOD co-founder, Michael West, Sarah-Jane’s team at AOD work across health and social care to improve leadership capability and create and sustain an organisational culture of team-based working.

Professor Michael West, CBE

Michael’s ground-breaking research into team effectiveness and his role as a national adviser in health and care leadership has had a significant and sustained influence on policy and practice in the NHS. His research continues to inform the work of AOD and the development of its diagnostic and development tools.
