Team Coaching

Unlocking the full potential of your teams

In today’s complex health and care landscape, teams are under immense pressure to deliver high-quality outcomes whilst navigating constant change.

That’s where our direct team coaching comes in — tailored specifically for the health and care sector in the UK.

Our evidence-based and practical approach

Whether you’re part of an NHS Trust, Integrated Care System (ICS) or other health & care organisation, your senior teams are the driving force behind transformation.

But even highly experienced teams may encounter challenges in maintaining alignment, effective communication and a clear sense of purpose. Team coaching is a dynamic, evidence-based approach that works directly with an individual team to enhance collective performance, build trust and drive sustainable change. Our approach is grounded in real-time team interactions, enabling your team to reflect, learn and grow together.

We use validated team diagnostics to assess your team’s current dynamics and tailor our coaching accordingly.

About our coaches

Our coaches bring deep experience in health and care, with backgrounds in NHS leadership, organisational development and psychology. Each coach is qualified and brings a compassionate, challenging and system-aware approach to their work.

Our process typically includes:

  1. Month 1: Engagement & contracting
  2. Month 1: Discovery & diagnostics
  3. Months 2-5: Facilitated team coaching sessions
  4. Month 6: Ongoing reflection, review and diagnostic reassessment

While our approach generally lasts at least six months, the bespoke and emergent nature of the work means timelines can adapt to meet specific needs.

Outcomes can include:

  • Improved team cohesion and trust
  • Clearer roles, goals and shared accountability
  • Enhanced decision-making and communication
  • Greater resilience and wellbeing
  • Stronger alignment with organisational and system-wide priorities

Who is it for?

Our team coaching is ideal for:

  • Board-level teams
  • Executive and senior leadership teams
  • Cross-functional or system-wide teams

Whether newly formed or well-established, any team can benefit from a structured, supportive coaching process.

Why it matters:

Health and care teams face unique challenges:

  • Siloed working across systems
  • High levels of burnout and turnover
  • Complex decision-making environments
  • Pressure to deliver transformation at pace

Our coaching helps teams reconnect with purpose, build psychological safety and develop the collective leadership needed to thrive in today’s environment.

Real impact. Trusted by health and care leaders.
