WEBINAR: Diversity and inclusion in teams – Creating an inclusive environment where every team member has a sense of belonging
Many of us, if not all, are witnesses to how global phenomena, such as automation and remote working, are influencing work, the workplace and workforce (Deloitte1).
Seeing the new ways of working as either accommodating the needs of the diverse workforce or, invertedly posing new challenges, may depend on whether you see the glass as ‘half-full’ or ‘half-empty’.
Creating an inclusive team environment where every team member has a sense of belonging has become a necessary requirement as each organisation seeks to attract and retain talent.
In this webinar you will learn:
- about experiencing a sense of belonging in a team, through a first-person insight
- why, more than ever before, valuing of difference is a requirement to building an inclusive team
- how diversity and inclusion are different, yet both are needed in teams
When: Thursday 4 July | 9.30 – 10.30 am
